A couple of weeks ago, we were able to go on a fun family vacation. Our summer is going too fast, and we wanted to get in a vacation before it got too close to my due date. Chris took a week off work and we headed up to Utah. A few of our highlights were: going out for a nice, relaxing dinner at La Jolla Groves for my b-day after a long drive, baby Lilia's blessing, Thanksgiving Point, Chris' round of golf with brothers, dinner/fireworks with Waldrons in Utah, swimming, 4th of July parade and BBQ at Aunt Margaret's (complete with homemade ice cream, reading the Declaration of Independence together, and baseball in the front yard), and a few days at the cabin with Daytons, then Purcells and some Waldrons. The week was filled with good food, fun cousin time, late game nights/talking, naps... really a great vacation! The next weekend we went back to the cabin for a family reunion and the kids once again loved being up there and going for rides on the ATV's. Somehow now it's nearing the end of July and next month we'll have another little tyke to take care of and have fun with. Maybe I should start getting ready! Okay, what an awesome recap of your vacation! I loved the pictures of all the kids, games, and playing around (and of course the tables of food made me smile!). Brooklyn's hair is so beautiful, and there were so many pictures of Christopher that I thought looked like you and Chris both so strongly. Thanks for sharing!!!

What a fun way to show all those cute pictures. There was a really cute one on our camera of Chris and Brooklyn and I tried emailing it three times and for some reason it wouldn't send. I'll try again. It was so fun having you guys and your adorable kids out here!
